As an extension of our Rock Consultancy Services, Rock Facility was set up in 2018 to offer compact facility management from daily cleaning, mail collection & redistribution, Rent invoicing, meter reading, security to general repair & maintenance to individual owners and tenants of 6,000 sq ft sub-divided industrial project Square One on 2/F, Sing Win Factory Building, 15 -17 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong.

From June 2020 onwards, we were awarded to manage a brand new 12,000 sq ft workshop centre HUB TM on 9/F, Yick Shiu Industrial Building, 1 San On Street, Tuen Mun.
